What's in the bag
- Hand-poured autumn wax melts and hoover discs by Willow & Flusk
- Ceramic oil burner with a leaf-shaped coaster. Oil burner in one of four autumn colours, chosen by us. Each one's lovely, but we can't take colour requests on these. Think of it as a little surprise.
- Big autumn mug (tea pot sized, not a dainty one)
- Faux autumn flowers and a velvet pumpkin (various colours chosen by us)
- Extra-large Nuage hand cream
- Galaxy hot chocolate sachet
- All packed in a reusable hessian bag with pumpkin tissue paper

Delivery
Dispatched from the UK within 2–3 working days (Monday to Friday). We send everything by Royal Mail Tracked, which usually lands 2–3 working days after dispatch, and you'll get a tracking number by email.
UK delivery is £3.99, and free on orders of £55 or more. UK addresses only for now.
Returns
Not quite right? You've got 30 days from the day it arrives to request a return. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll put it right.
For hygiene reasons we can't take back hand cream or hot chocolate once opened, or wax melts once lit. Read the full returns policy.
