Shipping policy

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Dispatch. Orders are packed by hand and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Delivery. We send everything by Royal Mail Tracked, which usually arrives 2–3 working days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is on its way. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally take longer, particularly in the run-up to Christmas.

Cost. Standard UK delivery is £3.99. Delivery is free on orders of £55 or more.

Missing or delayed parcels. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email us at 3northern.birds@proton.me with your order number and we'll chase it with Royal Mail and put things right.

Damaged in transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with a photo of the box and contents so we can sort a replacement or refund and make a claim with the carrier.

Address errors. Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, but get in touch as soon as possible and we'll do what we can.
